Recipe -
Ingredients :
Vangi
Onions ,coconut ,ginger ,garlic paste
Haldi
Kala masala
Red chilly powder
Salt
Oil
Process :
For onion cocnut paste :
Roast onions with little oil till it changes it's color to brown , take it out n roast desicated coconut
Now take onions ,coconut ,ginger n garlic n make a paste in mixer .
Cut the vangi in small sizeed pieces .
Keep them in salt water .
Take a pan ,add oil ,heat it n add onion paste to it .Saute it for just two minutes and add haldi ,red chilly powder with kala masala n salt to it n saute it again for 1-2 minutes . Now add chopped vangi ,cook for few seconds n add little water .
Now cover the pan n further cook the bhaji . Check time to time and add very little water after short intervals . Check the vangi .
Once they cooked your bhaji is ready . Put the flame off and add fresh coriander .
Serve with hot chappati / bhakri / rice ......all yours .......enjoy
Gravy should be thick only ......
