Bharli Vangi .....Spicy one ....!!!!

Recipe

Wash vangi n just make a cross slit.
First masala fr feeling : take redchilly powder, dhane powder, jeera powder, kala masala , thodasa crushed garlic n salt as per taste. Add little oil n little water to just make the masala wet. Feel it in vangi. Keep aside


For gravy :


Now in a kadhai put oil, kanda -lasun, adrak -coconut paste, saute it, add chilly powder, haldi, dhane powder, kala masala (which is made by my mom fr yearly purpose ), salt.saute it n add vangi n just half katori water n cover it. 


After that I use to add little little water after short intervals instead of adding at a time. It takes time to cook the vangi properly. 

Cook with the lid .....chhan tel sutate bhajila . Once they cooked turn off the gas add kothimbir n serve it with chapati /rice /bhakari. 

Note: u can make the gravy consistancy as per ur choice.
Salt should be added little less for gravy, than ur regular measurment, coz we had added it in feeling masala also 


Kala masala is made fr yearly purpose which is my mom's special.
