Gajarachi bhaji ( carrot gravy )

Recipe -

Ingredients :


Gajar -1/2
sesame
Dagad ful ( rock /stone flower)
karale
dry red chillies -5/6
Onion ,coconut ,ginger -garlic paste
salt
Oil


Process :

Take a non stick pan roast sesame ,dagad ful ,red chillies n karale seperately . Grind it in mixie n make fine powder . 


Keep aside . Chop gajar in small desired sized pieces . Now take a pan ,put it on gas n add oil in it . 

Then add onion paste in it (( onion ,coconut ,ginger -garlic paste)). For a minute saute it . Then add the fine powder masala ,salt n roast it . Lastly add gajar pieces ,saute and add water . 

Boil and cook it for next 10 minutes . Finally add fresh coriander n serve hot with chappati / rice and enjoy .....
NOTE : The gravy should not be in very liquid form . Cook till the gajar becomes quiet tender .
