Recipe :
For vadi -
Take besan atta -1katori
Garlic -4/5
haldi
mirchi powder
Coriander powder
Salt as per taste.
Just crush garlic, take besan aata, haldi, mirchi _coriander powder. Salt as per taste. Add some water n make a dough.keep it aside.
Gravy :
Take oil in the kadai
Take as usual onion, garlic, coconut n ginger paste, saute it. Then add haldi, mirchi powder, coriander powder, salt n kala masala.
Just fry it, add water n take a boil. By that time roll the besan dough n make vadi in diamond shape.
When the gravy starts boiling add the vadi in it. Nw keep checking the vadi after short time. When it becomes some hard than earlier that is the sign that ur bhaji is ready. Just put off the flame n add coriander n serve hot.
U can hv it with chapati, bhakri or rice.
U can make vadi or put just small pieces of atta or directly make shev frm that.
Name differ as -vadi -then patodyachi bhaji.
Small balls /pieces -chun golyachi bhaji n
Shev - shev chi bhaji.
