We do it in two different ways :
1.likes this is masala shenga -fr this cut the drumsticks as per ur size, wash it (some people use to boil it in salt water first ) bt I prefer to cook in the gravy itself.
Take oil in a pan n put kanda -lasun, adrak -kobre paste in it, saute it n put haldi,dhane powder mirchi powder salt n kala masala. N add shenga in it n saute fr a while n then add water as per ur choice, boil the gravy till the shenga cooked. Add coriender. Thats it.
If u cooked shenga seperately then add in gravy n boil fr few minutes.
2. It can be made in toor dal -make the daal first n add shenga in it.
