Pineapple Souffle ( i topped it with strawberries just to give it a contrast)
One of the most easiest desserts and yummy too.
Receipe:
1 packet pineapple jelly
1 Tin nestle cream/ fresh cream
1 Tin rainbow milk
1 tin milkmaid/condensed milk
1 big tin pineapple slices or 8 slices of fresh pineapple

1 packet pineapple jelly

1 big tin pineapple slices or 8 slices of fresh pineapple
Prepare jelly with half the quantity of water mentioned on the pack.
Keep aside to cool it to room temp. Do not refrigerate it. Jelly should
not get set. It shud just cool down to normal temp.
In a grinder mix the prepared jelly and all other above mentioned ingredients.
Check the sweetness...it should be fine....but sometimes if ur adding fresh pineapples snd if they r sour might need to add some sugar too. Sojust check the taste and adjust accordingly.
Pour in a dish and allow it to set over night or atleast 4-5hrs. Top with pineapple pieces or strawberries...serve chilled...enjoy!!!!
