Chicken65

Made this as a starter on my nieces Bdae party😊

ingredients:-...

250 gm chicken pieces boneless
..4.egg yolks,
100gm cornflour,
150 gm all purpose flour,
2 chickenMaggie Γ§ubes/ajjiomoto 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp white pepper powder,
salt as per taste
Orange red tandoori color
Few,curry leaves,
1 big sliced onions
chopped ginger
sliced green chillies
1 tbsp ,lemon juice,
2 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste,
oil for frying
1/2 tsp,cummin seed.


Method:

Marinate chicken pieces in lemon,salt,,pepper powder,salt n ginger garlic chilly paste..n lemon juice .for half n hour.... (Wud taste better if these pieces marinated overnight)

Make batter of maida,cornflour,peperpowder egg yolk ,color salt Lil Maggie cube powder ginger garlic chilli paste.., . dip in the batter n deep fry..till crispy.. Remove on tissue papers... 

Now in a kaddai make tempering ..add oil, cummin seed, chillies,curry leaves,chopped ginger n finally onion...fry till it turns Lil brown... 

Add lil watern colour again( optional)Finally add chicken pieces into this tadka n mix well..put of the flame n serve hot..
