Samudra methi and dry bombay duck vegetable

Samudra methi and dry bombay duck vegetable. .... ( sprouted fenugreek )

Recipe:


Garlic 7 to 8 cloves crushed
2 green chillies chopped ( if you need spicy taste chop it thinly or make 1/ 2 inch pcs)
5 to 6 buch of samudra methi ( green sprouted fenugreek)
2 onions roughly chopped or sliced
Freshly scrapped coconut 1/ 2 of cup
Haldi 1 teaspoon
Hing 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon of oil
Dry bombay duck pieces approximate 1/ 2 of cup broken in 1/ 2 inch pcs..

In a kadai heat oil.. .put garlic and chillies saute , dont let the garlic turn brown. Now add onions saute .... on another side clean and wash Samudra methi in 4 to 5 water.. roughly chop it... wash bombay duck dry fish in 1 water and soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes and again wash throughly in water , so that it will turn soft.. when onions sweat put bombay duck pieces on onion and add haldi hing.. .saute for 5 minutes now add roughly chop methi on it .. saute for some tym till the water dries up. Add coconut and salt ... . saute for 5 minutes switch of the gas.. ..and serve with chapatti. ..
