Jhatpat n delicious.... For both vegetarians n Non vegetarianss......
Ingredients:-
4 cups basmati rice washed n soaked for 5 min and drained,
4 cup water everest shahi Biryani masala,
red chilli powder ,
turmeric powder,
2 big tomatoes,
2 big onion thinly sliced and fried brown,
ginger garlic and green chilli paste,
2 veg Maggie cubes or the vegetable stock ( if u store),
green cardamom,
cloves, tejpatta ,jeera ,black pepper and Cinnamon stick,
food color of ur choice ,
ghee ,
salt as per taste, chopped coriander ,
1/2 cup coriander and 4-5 mint leaves,
warm milk 2 tsp,blended curd, garnishing of your choice.

Method:-..
For rice:- I made rice in cooker with two whistles and then removed the knob ...for rice put ghee in cooker then add khada masalas which I mentioned above,then add drained rice . mix it and roast in masalas for 2 minutes ... Then add water (keep equal levels of water and rice) add 1 Maggie cube ,Lil salt,n lemon juice.put the lid of the cooker and cook.
For the paste
Grind the tomatoes ,ginger garlic green chillies mint leaves,coriander and half of the fried onion, shahi Biryani masala,red chilli powder,turmeric to fine paste n keep aside. In a kadhai add ghee and grinded paste , add Maggie cube salt and blended curd and cook till ghee floats on the top .
Now set the Biryani.. Give the layers of rice n gravy
Grease the pot with ghee on all the sides and then add gravy as base then add rice , and vice versa. After the two three layers garnish top with fried cashews, kishmish ,fried onion and chopped coriander. n coloured rice.prick the spoon to make 2-3 holes and sprinkle warm milk and Lil ghee over it.put over the lid and Dum it for another 10 min on low flame... PLAIN BIRYANI IS DONE.,. NOW ENJOY WITH ANY SIDE DISH U WANT.
