Tawa Pulav and Tomato onion Raita:

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cooked rice( preferably basmati . Cook by open pot method, that'l give fluffy rice)
2 tbsp oil
1tbsp garlic very finely chopped
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 to 4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder or as per spic reqd
3 to 4 tsp pav bhaji masala(as per choice)
2 finely chopped onions
1 small finely chopped capsicum
1 tomato chopped fine
Salt to taste
1/4 cup blanched green peas ( i din have it handy so did not use)
1 tbsp butter


Method:


Heat oil in a nonstick pan or large nonstick tawa. Add onions and saute on medium flame till light pink.


Add finely chopped garlic,green chilli saute , then turmeric powder , kashmiri chilli powder and saute for 2 to 3 min. Add capsicum, tomatoes 

Then add pav bhaji masala and stir well. Then add rice and green peas, salt and coriander leaves and toss gently for another min.leave 1 tbsp butter from all sides and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and mix wel. Serv with onion tomato raita.

NOTE: Friends living in Thane plzzz check the local brand Wanage Pav Bhaji Masala. Gives perfect taste.
