Recipe:
10 no. Bhavnagri chillies ( slit in between and removed all the seeds)
2 potatoes boiled and mashed
2 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger and 1 green chilly ( corsely grinded)
Haldi and hing teaspoon each
Salt to taste
coriander 2 tablespoon
Chesse 1 cube shredded
Chat masala 2 teaspoon
Dhana jeera powder 2 teaspoon
Ajwain 1 teaspoon
Oil to fry
Areated soda or liquid soda chilled.
Besan 2 bowl and 3 tablespoon of cornflour..
For more spicy taste can add teaspoon of chilli powder in besan.
For filling:
Put mashed potatoes in bowl
Add salt , chat masala , chesse , dhana jeera powder , corsely grinded ginger garlic and green chilli paste, few drop s of oil and coriander ..Make mixture and keep aside.
For batter:
Put besan , corn flour, haldi , hing , ajwain , salt , finely chopped coriander and make think batter with help of areated soda..
Now fill the stuffing in chillies and dip it in batter and deep fry in oil till its golden brown. .....
