Fenugreek , Dills and Green Garlic Chives Plath.

Ingredients:
1 bowl of methi leaves ( roughly chopped)
4 tablespoon of dill leaves chopped
About 100 grams of green garlic chives ( chopp green part finely and set aside the top part for grinding)
Dhana & jeera powder 2 big tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric 2 teaspoon
Hing 2 teaspoon
Ajwain 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1tablespoon ( roasted)
Salt to taste
Water as required
 

FOR GRINDING:

4 Green chillies, top part of garlic chives, Ginger abot 2 inch piece , 2 big tablespoon of sour curd ( grindre all the above things in grinder and make a fine paste)
FLOURS:
2 Bowl of wheat flour
2 tablespoon of besan
Bajra and jowar flour 2 tablespoon each.
Oil 4 tablespoon
Ghee to roast thepla.. ..



In s kadai heat 2 tablespoon of oil and add Ajwain in it let it crackle. ..Then add methi, dills and green garlic chives and saute for 2 mints.
 

Let the mixture cool down .. Then add all kind of flours, mixture of ginger garlic green chillies and curd. Salt , dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and haldi hing. 

Make a soft dough by adding required amount of water and add oil to dough. rest the dough for half an hour and roll out theplas and roast on tawa by using ghee..
Serve with pickle and curd. ...
