Recipe:
1 cup suji or rawa ( semolina)
2 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoon oil
2 onion finely chopped
4 to 5 tablespoon tomato puree
2 green chillies slit or chopped
2 inch of ginger finely chopped
Curry leaves 1 spring
1 hand full of green peas ( optional)
Mustard and jeera 1 teaspoon each
Hing 1 teaspoon
Water as per required
Salt and sugar to taste
Scrapped coconut and coriander to garnish.. .

In a kadai roast rawa by mixing ghee in it.. .can roast in microwave or on gas.. .till rawa turns golden brown. ..
In a kadai make tempering ...add oil , wen it heats, add mustard and jeera let it split then add green chillies and curry leaves and hing ... .now add onions ..saute till it turn into pink colour.. ..add green peas and tomato puree and saute for 2 minutes. ..then add water in equal measure of rawa.. .let the water boil. then add salt and sugar and rawa to boiling mixture ...Cook with covered lid ..
Garnish with coconut and coriander.
