Very common, simple yet one meal pot like breakfast.....healthy for all age groups....give a try
Ingredients:-.
1 cup semolina, 1 cup water,½ cup ghee,salt as per taste,1 tbsp sugar,mustard seeds,½ tsp,curry leaves4-5,1 small chopped onion, green peas,beans,carrot, urad dal, green chillies, finely chopped ginger ½/tsp,Lil turmeric,lemon juice ,grated coconut.

Method:-
First roast semolina in vanaspati ghee till light brown.keep aside. In a same kadhi add 1 tbsp ghee and put mustard seed..urad dal.let it crackle then add green chillies, curry leaves, n ginger..
Let it release spicy aroma,and then add onions, salt n sugar. When the onion turns translucent,add veggies n cook for 2 min..now add water, turmeric n give a boil finally add roasted semolina mix n keep stirring.
Put the lid n lower the flame for 2 min . when done garnish with chopped corriandern grated coconut,.Serve with piece of lemon and fine sev ,green chutney.
