Sweet sweet gajar halwa .......

Ingredients :

Fresh gajar
Sugar
Dry fruits
Pure ghee
Fresh cream ( malai )
Cardamom powder 


Process :


Wash n grate the gajar . Mostly I use to pressure cook them with 2-3 cups of milk upto two whistles . Let it cool ,after cooling put a deep pan on gas , put ghee ( again it's on your choice nt so less nor so more ) , add the pressure cook gajar n cook it for minimum 1 hour on medium flame till the excess water from gajar should be cooked , as u feel it some dry add sugar n fresh cream which I use malai , now again cook it for more time as the sugar firstly get melted but by continuous cooking get cooked n the halwa leaving from the sides of pan ,means ur halwa is ready . 


At this stage u add your dry fruits n cardamom powder . Put the flame of . Your delicious gajar halwa is ready .

Just serve it hot or u can eat it cold , both versions hv unique taste .
Here I use sugar as for two kgs of gajar n four to five katori sugar but here is again it's upto u how much sweetness u love .

Note - U can add khoya instead of malai/cream at same time when malai/cream is added .
