Ingredients :
Wheat flour - 5 katori
Powder sugar -5 katori
( u can check the taste ,if like less sweet then no need to add equal amt of sugar , u can add less )
Almonds , cashew nuts ,rasins .
Pure ghee
Process -
Take a deep kadhai ,heat it n roast the wheat flour . Roast flour till the color changes to light brown .
Now put off the heat nKeep it aside .Melt the ghee , cut the dry fruits into small pieces . Now in luke warm wheat flour add dry fruits , ghee n sugar . You should add ghee by trying the consistancy of flour.
Add sufficient ghee . Check that you can shape the ladoos ( don't add the ghee much so that it becomes so sticky or nt less as it is not possible to shape ladoos ) .
Once u manage to shape ladoos ,shape them with your palms .
Make ladoos from all the flour n decorate with some dryfruits on them .
