Sabudana ( Sago ) Khichdi....



 Recipe:
1 bowl sabudana soaked overnight in same amount of water
1 teaspoon jeera powder
3 to 4 teaspoon of sugar
1 medium sized potato peeled and cut into cubes
2 no. Green chillies crushed
3 tablespoon of crushed roasted peanuts
Coriander 2 tablespoon chopped to garnish
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon jeera
Curry leaves 8 to 9 leaves
Oil 2 tablespoon
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Lime juice a teaspoon

In a kadai heat oil. Add jeera and curry leaves ...let it splutter. .then add cubed potatoes and fry ..cover the kadai till they are cooked. now add crushed cilli , sabudana , jeera powder, crushed peanuts, sugar and salt. ... saute for some tym and cover with lid for 2 mints.. .top with ghee and lime juice and coriander and serve...
