Recipe:
Bowl of greated carrots
2 chillies slit in between
1 teaspoon each haldi , hing, mustard seeds and jeera
Spring of curry leaves
Salt as per taste
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Lime juice 1 teaspoon
Coriander 1 tablespoon chopped
Scraped coconut 2 tablespoon
Oil 1 tablespoon

In kadai heat oil , add mustard and jeera let it split then add
chillies and curry leaves , haldi and hing. In a bowl mix greated carrot
and coconut.. ..after the tempering id ready put mixture of carrot and
coconut salt and sugar .saute for two minutss .switch of the gas. Now
add lime juice and coriander. ....
