Muttar Kheema

Garma garam muttar kheema (added one potato too) with chapatis. This is the most easiest way i cook kheema...absolutely nothing to do in it....


Receipe:

 
Heat oil add chopped onions, fry until golden brown, add gg paste, add shaan kheema masala, fry, then add kheema and cook on high flame or medium until water dries
.

Once water has dried add in tomatoes and one cup water....close lid let it cook for 30mins. Then once the water has reduced by half add potatoes and green peas and cook further until done....usually i dont add potatoes...only green peas...only green peas tastes better than adding potatoes...but i love potatoes so just added one small...

Dats it...once its cooked and dry top with corriander leaves and lemon
