Death by Chocolate

Receipe:

This recipe has a few layers...

The first layer is a cake layer.....u can bake a cake in the base or u can use leftover cake pieces or brownie in the base..or even the usual biscuit base

FIRST LAYER: 

I baked the cake layer
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup all purpose flour
2tbsp sugar
Chopped pecans or walnuts
Mix all until crumbly..press in a pan and bake at 180 for 15 minutes..take out n cool completely..

SECOND LAYER:

2cup creamcheese
1 packet whip cream
4tbsp sugar
Whip all n spread HALF of this over the cooled cake layer

THIRD LAYER: 

spread a chocolate pudding over it... u can use store bought..but i made at home
Homemade Chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
4tbsp cornstarch
3tbsp cocoa powder
Almond essence
Pinch salt
1 tbsp butter
Add everything in milk except butter and stir... bring to boil n simmer for 1 minute... then take out n add butter

FOURTH LAYER: 

spread vanilla pudding over it... i used home made
Homemade Vanilla pudding:
2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp cornstarch
Vanilla essence
1 tbsp butter
Boil milk...
mix sugar ..salt..yolks..vanilla n stir in hot milk..stir for 1 minute take out of flame n add butter

FIFTH LAYER:

again spread remaining half of creamcheese whip layer..top with more chopped pecans/walnuts...n some cocoa powder.
