kadhi

Recipe for kadhi:

100 grms of fresh curd ( dont use daba wala curd amul n other brands.)
2 tablespoon besan
2 green chillies
2 garlic cloves
1/ 2 inch of ginger
Red dry chillies 2 ( can use bora mirch round shaped one.)
Mustard and jeera seeds 1 teaspoon each
Hing 1 teaspoon
Methi seeds 5 to 6
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tablespoon.. .
Water as per requirement
Curry leaves 1 spring.
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Raddish cut into french fries shape.. .7 to 8 pieces.
Coriander to garnish..

In a mixer grinder grind green chillies, garlic and ginger .gind it then add curd and besan and blend well to make a smooth mixture.
 

Add ghee in a kadai .heat it add jeera , mustard , red chillies, methi seeds , curry leaves and hing .make tempering add muli ( Raddish pieces). Saute for 3 minutes then add curd mixture.. .add salt and sugar ...

Boil till the raddish get cooked and soft ...then garnish with coriander. ..
