Slice breads,
finely chopped capsicum,
tomatoes,beans,carrots
grated ginger, green chillies,
spring onions or spinach,oregano,mozerella cheese,
butter, buttermilk Ranch dressing ,
white pepper powder,
salt as per taste,tomato sauce, rava(sooji)
Method:-
Take a pan grease with very lil butter and roast all the veggies for 2 min and when it is cool...
Mix all the veggies, cheese salt pepper powder oregano and spread on slice bread .
Coat it with sooji on the upper side . grease the pan with Lil ghee and place the toast n roast it upside down properly. cut into triangular shape or the shape you desire...
Garnish with Lil tomato sauce ......
