Veg Crispy...all time FAV Starter
Ingredients:-
Cauliflower florets, Beans, carrots capsicum,mushrooms,
Paneer,( cut all the veggies 1 Inch long and blanch cauliflower florets and keep aside) ginger garlic green chilli paste, finely chopped ginger garlic and green chilly, 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup corn flour,, tandoori food color, kashmiri red chilli powder, for seasoning I used veg Maggie cube, salt as per taste, white pepper powder,oil for frying,water.
Method:-
Marinate all the veggies in ginger garlic chilli paste,lil food colour and salt n Lil Maggie cube...
On the other side make batter of maida,cornflour, food color pepper powder,n chopped ginger garlic chillies, red chilli powder,add 1 tsp warm oil,salt as per taste and Maggie cube use water and make the thick batter...
Heat oil in kadhai and dip the veggies in batter and put in oil. one by one in the kadhai and fry on medium flame.
Remove the veggies on tissue papers and serve hot if possible to enjoys its crispeness... Or u can store for some time in air tight containers...enjoy☺.
Serve with schezwan sauce.
