Chocowheat carrot cake:-(Eggless)

Chocowheat Carrot cake......tried for my dgtr....believe me it taste really Awesome.....👌👌

Ingredients:- 

1 cup wheat flour, 
1/2 cup sooji,
1/2 cup grated carrot,
1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 baking soda, 
1 cup condensed milk( made at home),
3 tbsp cocoa powder, 
3 tbsp unsalted butter, pinch of salt, 3-4 drops vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder. 
And tuttifrutti for garnishing on the top

Method:- 

Preheat oven at 200deg for 3 min... 

Grease the baking tray with butter n dust it with all purpose flour. 

Now take 2 bowls . 1) in first bowl seive n mix all the dry ingredients and grated carrot... 2) in second bowl mix all wet ingredients one by one properly . Now add wet mix into dry n handfold it properly ..... 

Do not over beat the mixture..., pour into baking tray and tap it ,garnish it with tuttifrutti...n set it on 180deg for 30 min..... 

Check it by pricking toothpick .if done let it stand for another 10 min . cake is done
