Harabhara Kabab .... Have a healthy breakfast .......!!!!!

Ingredients -

Green peas
Fresh palak (spinach )
Potato -2
Corn flour
Besan
Chopped green chillies
Coriander
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Cumin seeds
Til
Oil for frying
Cashew nuts for garnishing 


Process :


Blanch the spinach n green peas seperatly . Grind it in mixie . Boil the potatoes ,peel off and mash . Chop green chillies n coriander . 


Now mix all the ingredients n add some corn flour n besan atta to it . Salt should be added as per taste . Make a dough .

Keep the pan ready for frying . Now make equal portions of the dough n shape them like tikkies using your palm . 

Just put halved cashew nuts on each tikki . Fry all tikkies slight brown in color . Soak extra oil n serve hot with tomato sauce ,green chutney .
