Chicken Bhuna Masala

Chicken Bhuna Masala...restaurant style Ekdum....😄


Ingredients:-

Chicken ,yoghurt,cloves cinnamon,cardamom, salt,kashmiri chilli paste,star anise,fennel seed,black pepper ,chopped onion,tomato puree,corriander powder,cummin powder,garlic,ginger,mustard oil,turmeric,red chilli powder.


Soak n deseed kashmiri red chillies and make fine paste in warm water to that add all roasted khada masalan grinded coarsely,garlic,ginger,and grinded to fine paste.Now take a bowl put blended yoghurt and mix all grinded paste ,add salt to it. 

Mix well. Marinade Chicken in this paste about 2-3 hours.while cooking take a pan put mustard oil ,when it starts smoking add onion ..when turns translucent add tomatoes..,.add chicken to that and rest of the masala.. 

Add corriander cummin powder ,turmeric and red chilli powder mix well .Put the lid and cook on low flame about 30 min....prick n check...if done toss to get flame over it ,put off flame ,serve hot with Roti's..enjoy
