Dal tadka

 Dal tadka ........jhanjhanit ......


 Ingredients:

Arhar dal ( toor dal )
sliced onion

Garlic paste
Tomato chopped
Salt
Haldi
Dry red chillies
Coriander
Oil 

 
Process :

 
Pressure cook toor dal for three whistles . 


Now take a pan ,put on the gas ,add oil ,crackle jeera ,add dry red chillies ,garlic paste . Saute for a while n add haldi n salt . 

Now immediately add dal to the pan . Just mash n mix the dal with spoon . Add some water as per the cosistancy u like . 

Cook for 2/3 minutes n add green coriander n garnish . 

Put off the gas , your dal is ready .
You can serve it with chappati ,bhakri ,rice ......it's up to u . Enjoy
