Palak Puri and Batatyachi Suki Bhaji

Palak puri ,batatyachi suki bhaji ,dahi n hot spicy fresh red chilly chutney


Ingredient -
 
Puree :
Palak

Jeera /jeera powder
dry coriander powder
Salt
Red chilly powder /green chillies fresh
Green fresh coriander
garlic
Wheat flour
Oil for frying 

 
Process :

 
Blanch the fresh palak , drain the water , take the palak ,garlic ,coriander n grind in mixie . If using green chillies grind with palak . Take wheat flour ,palak gravy ,jeera / jeera powder ,dry coriander powder ,haldi ,red chilly powder n salt . Make a dough ,add water if needed . Roll puree's n fry in oil . Drain excess oil on tissue .

Green fresh coriander
Curry leaves

Jeera n mustard seeds


Method

Boil the potatoes ,peel off n mash a little or u just make small pieces . Now take a kadhai ,put on the gas ,add oil to it ,crackle jeera ,mustard seeds ,add curry leaves n just a pinch of hing . 


Add ginger garlic paste ,green chillies ,chopped onions . Saute it for some time as the onion gets transperant . At this time add haldi ,salt n after that add potatoes in it . 

Cook for some time . Stir n mix it well . Cook for just 3-4 minutes . Your bhaji is ready add fresh coriander .
 


Note : you can use this bhaji for batata vada /sandwiches /paratha stuffing .
