Dal methi

Process for Dal methi -


Ingredients :
 
Fresh methi ( fenugreek )

Chopped Onion
Garlic paste
Chopped green chillies
Cumin mustard seeds
oil
Haldi
Salt as per taste
Soaked moong dal (without cover )

 
Process :

 
Soak the moong dal for an hour . Wash the methi leaves n chop finely . Now take a pan ,put on gas n add some oil n crackle cumin mustard in it . 


Add chopped onion ,garlic paste n chopped chilles . Saute it for a minute n add haldi ,salt to it .Now add methi leaves to it . 

Roast it for just 2 minutes n add moong dal to the pan . Cook for another three to five minutes . Check the dal if cooked then put off the gas n sprinkle some fresh coriander . 

Ready to eat with chappati , bhakri ....... enjoy
