Recipe for Bread Pakoda :
Ingredients -
Finely chopped veggies of ur choice like onion ,capsicum ,cabbage ,etc
Finely chopped green chillies n fresh coriander
Boiled hakka noodles
Besan atta
Haldi
Salt
Ajwain
cumin seeds
sesame ( til )
oil for frying
Bread slices
Process -
First boil the noodles with some water ,drain them b ,add a little oil to it so that they don't get sticky. Chop all the veggies vertically . Take bread slice n cut them into four pieces or desired shape . Keep aside .
Now for making batter - take besan atta in a bowl ,add ajwain ,til ,cumin seeds ,haldi n salt . Add all chopped veggies as well as noodles to it . Mix all with water ,consistancy should not be so liquid otherwise you are not be able to put pakodas in fry pan . So check your batter cosistancy . Put the fry pan with sufficient oil on gas . Take one sliced bread put it in the batter n coat well with noodles n veggies . Now put pakodas one by one in frying pan and fry till some crispy or slightly brown in color . Soak extra oil on tissue n serve hot bread ,healthy pakodas with tomatoe sauce or green chutney .
For Mirchi Pakoda-
Long bhavnagari chillies
For stuffing :
Little besan atta
Ground peanuts
Garlic paste
Haldi
Mirchi powder
Salt
Stuffing process :
Mix all ingredients n make a dough with little water .
Process for pakodas -
Wash the bhavnagari chillies,n make a vertical slit . Remove the seeds n fill the stuffing to all of them . Keep aside .
Now make a simple batter with besan atta ,cumin ,ajwain ,til haldi ,red chilly powder n salt .
Now deep the stuffed chillies in the batter and fry till slight brown in color . Soak excess oil on tissue . Pakodas ready .
Serve the pakodas hot with green pudina chutney / tomato saue .....enjoy n share your comments ....
As the batter is ready put a tablespoon hot oil in it to make not much oily pakodas .
