Recipe -
Ingredients :
For marnation -
Garlic ginger paste
curd
Salt
red chilly powder
Dhana Jeera powder
Dip for chicken :
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilly powder
Salt
corn flour
Water
Most important boneless chicken
Oil for frying
Process :
Marination:
Wash n cut the chicken pieces cubically n make small cuts on them
Mix all the ingredients for marnation n dip the pieces into it
Keep the marinated chicken aside for minimum 5-6 hrs
Now take the other ingredients like ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder ,dhana jeera powder ,salt n cornflour . Make a dip for chicken pieces .
Now keep a pan with oil on gas stove . Take marinated chicken pieces ,dip in the liquid batter n fry .
Like this fry all the pieces .
For temering -
Ingredients :
Very fine chopped ginger ,garlic n green chillies . Onion cut into small pieces . Curry leaves .
Now take another pan ,put on gas , crackle cumin mustard seeds ,put ginger ,garlic n chilles .saute for a while n then add onion pieces n lastly add chicken pieces . Stir well for 2-3 minutes . Garnish with coriander n onion . Serve hot with tomato sauce .......enjoy n leave ur comments .
U can add a little amount of water to make the pieces little moist n a vry little gravy so that can be enjoyed with chappati /rice .
Note : Add little amt of edible orange color to marnation if love the color more dark .
