Chana dal -palak che vade

Chana dal -palak che vade with pudina chutney n tomato sauce ......


Ingredients :
 
Chana dal,
palak,

different veggies as per choice -i ve taken all colored capsicum , spring onions ,
Green chillies ,
Ginger -garlic paste ,
Chopped onion ,
hara dhaniya ,
Haldi ,salt ,
Jeera n oil fr frying .

 
Process :

 
Soak chana dal for 5-6 hrs ,drain the water n grind roughly in mixer grinder. 


Add palak n other veggies, haldi ,salt ,jeera ,ginger -garlic n hara dhaniya in mix well . If u need add some besan or rice flour fr binding purpose. I added besan. 

Nw heat oil in kadhai. Take just little batter n make tikkies n deep fry. 

Serve hot with tomatoe sauce /pudina chutney / some other chutney . Thats it
