One more type of goan kadi...called as Footi kodi.......equally
sweet,sour n spicy..but differs from malwani kadi.....people in Goa have
this with the last round of rice ...or some drinks....however I enjoy
both the ways....its my all tym fav kodi😊

Hing (preferably strong khada hing )

Hirvi mirchi( here in Goa we use gavthi tarvoti mirchi,)..
Limbacha ras
Method:- mix all ingredients well with warm water .it should be equally spicy sour n sweet.check wid the taste and add if required more.Serve specially with Nonveg thali.
Note:- It can be stored in jars/bottles for a week or more in fridge.
