flavorful ...loved by everyone also made Orange cup cake......on my
daughter's demand😊😊😊😊 ---feeling happy.
Orange cake
Ingredients :-
Orange cake:-
2 cup all purpose flour or wheat flour
,1 ½ cup powdered sugar,
¾ cup Orange juice,
1 tbsp pulp,
1 tsp orange zest,
2 tsp baking powder,
3 eggs or ½ cup yughurt,
pinch salt, tuttifrruiti,
½ cup sunflower oil

Method:-
Preheat oven at 180 /deg...Sieve flour ,baking powder,salt,,,mix well...meanwhile blend sugar and oil till fluffy ,,add eggs or curd ,n blend till smooth n fluffy.. Add gradually to dry ingredients ...fold it properly then add orange juice ,pulp n zest..mix well..pour the batter in tin...tap the tin 2-3 times.., garnish with candied peels or tuttifrruiti... Bake it for 30 - 35 min... @ 180 deg n enjoy
Cup cake....add 2 tbsp of above batter in ibig coffee mug..n microvave high for 2 min
