Pani Puree

Yummy ....Pani Puree ....everyone love this ...!!!


Recipe :

For tangy tamrind chutney -

Tamrind
Jaggary
Dates
Salt
Black salt
water

Process :
Soak tamrind ,jaggary n dates in water in equal quantity for almost 5-6 hours . Then tamrind n dates becomes soft n all jaggary get dissolved in water . Mash the dates n tamarind using hands n sieve/ filter the water with the siever . Add salt n black salt to this n your tamarind chutney is ready .

For green chatpati chutney :
Pudina
Fresh coriander
Green chillies
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
Powder pani puri masala

process :
Grind all ingredients without pani puri masala n salt in mixie with little water . Filter it n add water as per your quantity . Add salt n pani puri masala n mix well .

Extra masala for feeling :
Boiled n mashed potato ,boiled kala chana ,chopped onion n coriander .
Mix all ingredients n add little salt to it .

Now plating time :
Take puri ,add potato mix in it ,add zero no.sev ,add tamrind as well as green chutney to it n put directly to your mouth .
Yummy pani puri ready .........taste it n enjoy ......
