Malai prawns....👌 made today again with Kulchas...enjoyed by everyone at home😊😊😊😊
Cleaned n shelled prawns ½ kg
1 whole coconut milk(first milk)
1 black cardamom,
2 green cardamom
1cinnamon
½ tsp cummin seeds
2-3 cloves
1 bay leaf
Tumeric
Kasuri methi
1tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp corriander powder
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
2-3 black pepper s
Salt as per taste
2 big finely chopped onions
2 big finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp/Ginger garlic green chilly paste
Chopped corriander
1 tbsp cashew paste( made using Lil coconut milk)/
Oil 3 tbsp
Pinch sugar
Lemon juice
Method:- Marinade prawns with lemon juice salt n tumeric...
Now take heavy bottom pan add oil...heat it...then add all khada masalas,...fry roast well/,then add chopped onions....
when it turns translucent add ginger garlic chilli paste...saute it till oil floats..add tomatoes,salt n pinch sugar ..let the tomatoes melt...then add all masala powders.,,,mix well...keep sauting...
then add prawns mix well n put the lid...cook for 10-15 minutes...after this simmer the flame and pour over ¾ of coconut milk ...mix it properly keep sauting and put off the flame.garnish with cashew/coconut milk n chopped corriander...Serve hot with Kulchas or Roti's//
