Recipe -( 4 serves )
Ingredients :
Dark chocolate -1 cup
fresh cream -1 cup
milk -1 cup
milk powder -1 cup
Process :
Roughly chop the chocolate , now take 3/4 part of chocolate + milk +milk powder + cream in a deep bowl and blend it well . After blending pour the mixture in a silicon mould / icecream pot n freeze it for minimum 7-8 hours in freezer . Put the remaining chopped chocolate over the ice cream mix after 1-2 hours . Let keep ice cream for setting . Icecream pot should be covered .
After 7-8 hours smooth ,creamy ice cream is ready .....
