Restaurant style..Paneer Butter Masala/Paneer Makhanwala/Butter Paneer.
....call it by any name...its vegetarians fav dish .it is typical North Indians royal delicacy....n loved by everybody..... Served hot with naans or kulchas.😋

200 gm Malai Paneer,
3 big red tomatoes1 small onion,
2 tbsp hung curd,
1 bay leaf,2cloves,1 small cinnamon stick, half star anise,2 green cardamoms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
1/2 kasuri methi( roasted n crushed)
4-5 cashews
1tbsp sugar( as per ur sweet tooth😉)
Salt as per taste
Orange food colour or beet juice( as per ur choice)
1/2 tsp turmeric,
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp wheat flour roasted
Fresh cream
Coriander,cummin powder 1/2 tsp each
Chopped corriander
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
Method:-
Marinade Paneer in salt ginger garlic paste ,Lil curd,n turmeric for 10 min n shallow fry on butter..keep aside
In a kadhai ...put oil...when hot add all khada masala, and tomatoes ,onion, cook till tomatoes melt...cool the mixture... Again blend separately wheat flour with hung curd.keep side...
Now grind tomatoes mixture adding cashews n red chilli powder.in the same kadhai put the mixture ,food color kasuri methi,salt n sugar n butter..keep stirring...
Add to this wheat flour paste. Mix well...finally put Paneer pieces... Mix n lid the vessel...for 2 mins ....u can see the the butter floating on the top now....
So put off the flame n garnish with chopped corriander,fresh cream and if u want Lil grated Paneer ...serve hot with Kulchas or Naans
