Ingredients:-
Long grainedRice boiled with salt & 1tbsp oil (water drained out) cooled(most preperably make the rice 4-5 hrs before and keep).
Tiger prawns cleaned and marinated in tumeric and salt.
1/2tbsp ginger garlic finely chopped
carrot finely chopped
spring onions finely chopped
cabbages thinly Sliced
ajinomotto
dark soya sauce
white pepper powder
green chillies .. julianly cut..(as per taste)
oil as per requirement.
Method:-
In a wok add oil ..add 1/2 spn ginger garlic finely chopped, and green chillies to it..fry n roast well then put half of chopped , carrot ,cabbage and white onion part of spring onion.keep roasting ..let the vegies bcm bit crispy then add prawns to it .. keep stirring.... then add soya sauce and ajinomotto/magie cube and salt and white pepper powder.. mix well , let the burnt aroma emmits .. keep frying.... then add rice to it .. Toss well . roast it properly..(check with the salt and spice taste.) u can add if u want more .
finally..add half of the cabbage ,and spring onion (green part to it) keep roasting the rice...... let the fried aroma hits u..smile emoticon . keep mixing.. .. .. finally put off the gas cover it with lid.
serve hot .... with chillygarlic chinese sauce , soysauce, and white vinegar
