Recipe -
Ingredients :
For misal :
Sprouted beans as per ur choice -u can take matki ,beans ,green peas , chana ,etc .
Garlic ginger paste
Onion
coconut desicated
Curry leaves
Red chilly powder
Garam masala
Haldi
salt
Oil
*Roast the onion with some oil ,desicated coconut .grind alltogether onion ,coconut ,ginger n garlic n make a paste .
Process :
Take oil in a pan n put it on gas . Crackle cumin mustard , curry leaves in the pan . Now add onion paste and saute for just two minutes . Add red chilly powder ,haldi ,garam masala n salt . Cook for a while n add sprouts to the pan . Stir it well n add water in sufficient quantity . Take a boil n ur misal is ready .
Now for plateing :
Chopped onions ,tomatoes ,green fresh coriander .
Take a plate ,put some misal in it n put some farsan on it . Put chopped onion ,tomato n coriander on it . Add zero number shev on it n finally add lemon juice . Serve it with pav n some extra gravy .
The misal gravy should be in very liquid form because as we add farsan to it ,farsan soak the water from it . So be careful about water quantity n enjoy hot ,spicy misal pav .
