Guys yesterday's dinner -typical dhapate ( धपाटें usually called in vidharbha ) , dahi ,peanut chutney n ambyache lonche.......
Recipe
Wheat flour , onion ,garlic n fresh coriander. Mirchi powder ,haldi ,salt as per ur need n jeera .
Take wheat flour in a bowl ,add chopped onion ,coriander n crushed garli , nw add mirchi powder ,haldi n salt . After this add water n make dough .
Nw take dough n roll like chappati bt don't use oil while rolling ,n it shld nt be thin as chapatti ,it shld be thick .
When it is rolled make few wholes randomly with finger on it n put on tawa . Put a little oil while roasting on tawa .
Eat it garam garam as per ur wish with dahi , pickles ,tomato sauce ,any chutney .
Majhya sasri tyachya sobat shengdanyachi ooli chutney banavtat .
Roasted peanuts ,garlic ,jeera ,dhaniya,green chiles n salt .grind altogether in mixie n add a little water while grinding .
Chutney cosistancy shd be thick -liquid as per ur choice .
